Kaya began her music career at a very young age as a classically trained violinist. By the age of 12 she was signed to a development deal by legendary producer/writer R.Kelly. At the age of 18 Kaya began one of her most well known musical endeavors as one of the lead singers and founding members of one of the most popular girl groups in history, The Pussycat Dolls (2003-2005).
Kaya has worked with Britney Spears, Mick Jagger, D12, R. Kelly, Dada Life, Eminem, Backstreet Boys, Katy Perry and many more thus far in her career. Kaya’s career as a solo artist has so far produced several hit singles including: “Hollywood Doll” & “Take It Off,” both of which became top dance songs throughout the world. Kaya has released 4 albums, ‘Confessions of a Hollywood Doll’, ‘Kaya’, ‘Rise Of The Phoenix’, & her current album ‘The Chrystal Neria Album’ which has placed her on Google Play as a top EDM Artist. ‘The Chrystal Neria Album’ includes “Angel” which has charted on iTunes and international radio, remixes, and a downloadable booklet. Most recently, Kaya has added DJing to her extensive musical repertoire performing with acts such as Calvin Harris.
At the age of 26, Jones became the youngest female in history to start her own record label, HueMan Race Records. Throughout her career as an artist, Kaya has noticed an injustice in the music industry and sought to change it with this label. HueMan Race Records was created to change the way artists are treated, create fair compensation percentages, and was designed to give artists more creative freedom. Currently, Kaya is working on a very special tech project that is out of this world.
